    Man from Sermiligaaq convicted of rape and trust

    The man was charged with assault and threats and intimidation early Saturday morning.

    A one-year sentence.

    A man from Sermiligaaq got this yesterday when he was presented in the district court in Tasiilaq.

    This is stated by Chief of Police Aqqaluk Petersen from the Greenland Police.

    The man was charged with violence and threats and threats against another person in Sermiligaaq at a private address early Saturday morning.

    The man was arrested, and the police later took him to Tasiilaq, where he was produced yesterday morning.

    A judge can sentence the accused to a summary judgment if the judge considers that all sides of a case have been clarified, and if the accused confesses to the crime for which he or she is charged. In short: If the accused pleads guilty and the investigation is complete, a judge can sentence the accused to a summary judgment.
