In a significant ruling yesterday, the Copenhagen City Court determined that the self-government cannot be implicated in district court proceedings surrounding Greenland Minerals’ pursuit of an exploitation permit for Kuannersuit. This decision paves the way for the case to advance to the High Court in Greenland, a development welcomed by Naalakkersuisut. Minister Naaja H.
