For the third time this season, the handball talents who are currently in Denmark have been gathered together.

The training session took place in mid-June, on a Sunday afternoon at GOG Hallerne in Gudme on South Funen.

    The training session took placeAnnouncement

Seven girls and 11 boys trained under the leadership of Kathrine Mikkelsen, Rasmus Larsen and goalkeeping coach Bent Møller. Physiotherapist Berit Duus had several players undergoing treatment along the way.

    Training match against GOG

The Greenlandic boys played a training match against a strong GOG U17 team. The two teams were well matched. Three halves of 20 minutes each were played. GOG won both and Greenland won one half.

Considering that the players don’t play together on a daily basis, there were many great actions and everyone fought.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to find an equal opponent for the Greenlandic girls, so they had to make do with training with and against each other. During the warm-up, however, they were matched when they trained together with the boys.

    The project continues

TAAK Timersoqatigiiffit Assammik Arsartattut Kattuffiat and not least the players are so satisfied with the training sessions that it has been decided that they will continue in the upcoming season.

However, there will be constant changes in the squad, as several of the players are in Denmark and attending further education.
