Janne Moltke-Leth, CEO of the well-known Danish auction house Bruun Rasmussen, has said goodbye to the fishing group’s board of directors.
Business professional Janne Moltke-Leth has chosen to step down from his position after only one year as a board member of Greenland’s largest company, Royal Greenland.

Janne Moltke-Leth is CEO of the well-known and legendary Danish auction house Bruun Rasmussen and a member of the board of directors of Sydbank.
She was elected to the fishing group’s board of directors by Naalakkersuisut, and thus the self-government that owns Royal Greenland, in May 2024.
– A transformative year that has been marked by major decisions and changes in the company, including the decision to consolidate management power in Nuuk and to focus on core markets and species, Royal Greenland writes about 2024.
Royal Greenland had a loss after tax of 265 million kroner in 2024, compared to a loss of 211 million kroner the year before.
Management challenges
Royal Greenland is not only facing financial but also managerial challenges. In February this year, the group suddenly fired the company’s CEO Susanne Arfelt Rajamand.
In addition, Deputy CEO and Production Director Lars Nielsen has chosen to step down this year, while Nils Duus Kinnerup resigned as CFO in October 2024.
And now Janne Moltke-Leth has said goodbye to the board of directors of Royal Greenland.
– It has been an absolute pleasure and a great honor to be part of Royal Greenland’s board of directors. I am convinced that the organization is heading in a good direction, and therefore it is with peace of mind that I now resign, says Janne Moltke-Leth in the press release.

The Greenland Government has not yet taken a position on who will replace Janne Moltke-Leth as a board member of Royal Greenland.
