    Ice Trawl Half Marathon 2025 was a success

    Up to 100 people stood ready at the starting line for this year’s Ice Trawl Half Marathon in Sisimiut.

    On Sunday there was the Ice Trawl Half Marathon in Sisimiut. It is a race organized by SSP Arpattartut.

    There were up to 100 participants who had to run either five kilometers, 10.5 kilometers or 21.1 kilometers.

    HALVMARATHON VINDERNE 2025

    Gentlemen:

    Men

    1st place: Pilutaq Berthelsen – 1h 25min 05sec

    2nd place: Rasmus Weibull – 1h 27min 32sec

    3rd place: Anton Abrahamsen – 1h 29min 25sec

    4th place: Christian Amtoft – 1h 36min 00sec

    5th place: Christian Askholm – 1h 42min 26sec

     

    Ladies:

    Ladies

    1st place: Emma Gram – 1h 27min 05sec

    2nd place: Stine Marie Sejersen – 1h 45min 38sec

    3rd place: Rikke Niebuhr – 1h 51min 43sec

    4th place: Antoinette Gustave-Nielsen – 1h 56min 17sec

    5th place: Ajaaja Bech Jørgensen – 2h 00min 25sec

    Among the participants were both experienced runners and beginners. Along the route there were water stations, guides, security personnel and cheers from spectators.

    A large group of volunteers helped make the event run smoothly, and SSP Arpattartut is grateful for the great support from the local community.

    They also send a thank you to the sponsors who supported with prizes and helped honor the winners.
