Jens Bjerge Rides Again: A New Challenge on the Horizon

In an exciting announcement, Fitnessgl has pledged its support for extreme sportsman Jens Bjerge as he sets his sights on the Ironman World Championship 2026, scheduled to take place in Hawaii this October.

In a recent Facebook post, the fitness center revealed its commitment of DKK 25,000 to aid Bjerge’s endeavor as he represents Greenland on this prestigious stage. This marks a significant milestone, underscoring both the athlete’s dedication and the center’s belief in his journey.

Bjerge’s first foray into the Ironman realm came in 2015, when he made headlines as he became the first Greenlandic athlete to compete in the World Championship, also held in Hawaii. Now, over a decade later, the seasoned competitor is gearing up for another monumental challenge, proving that age is just a number in the world of extreme sports.

With the support of Fitnessgl and the anticipation of the community behind him, Jens Bjerge is poised to carve his name into the annals of Ironman history once more.
